My name is Olivia. I was born on Saturday May 4th, 2002. The first people I saw were my mom, my dad and Auntie Agnezska. There were three other strange people there I don't know. My mom told me later that they were my doctor, midwife and her assistant. My journey to this beautiful world was very interesting and exhausting. On the evening of the previous day after God (my heavenly father) has given me the green light to start on my journey, I had packed all my belongings and fully prepared. I knew it wasn't going to be that easy but I promised not to give mommy any hard time. God had informed me previously that daddy was also going to be there at the entering port to welcome me. I was not only filled with joy but also excited, looking forward to seeing my family for the first time.
My journey actually began 02 A.M. on May 3rd, 2002. Due to the very little space I had, I was anxious and hasty to come to earth. I must say my mom did a terrific job in helping me make my way here. I did hear her cry because of the pains she felt during the whole process but I couldn't help her. I like to say I am very sorry for the pains I have caused you mommy. On May 4th, 2002 at exactly 00:18 hours, I finally arrived with a loud cry of joy and relief. At first everything looked so strange and confusing to me. Amazingly, it seems to me though that I had known my parents long ago. I am happy to have my mom and dad. They are so loving and careering that I do not want to let go of them for one second.
I really want to use this opportunity to thank my aunt Agnieszka who stood by my mom throughout the labor period. Also to be thanked are my grand parents, who relentlessly supported both my parents during and after my arrival. Though I do not yet know my grand parents in Nigeria, I will also like to say a big thank you to them for morally and financially supporting my dad all through his life till this day. I have not actually had the opportunity to discuss with my dad that much about them all, but he has told me in his emotional expressions great things about all my many aunties, uncles, grand parent nephews and nieces.
Thanks to Eva Osterauer and her precious family for the wonderful gifts and support I received from them. I am very grateful to the Akpata and Osagie's family for all the gifts and support. Your visits at the hospital brought so much joy and happiness to me and my family. I want you all to know that you mean a lot to my family.
I am specially grateful to the Offor family for their moral support. Although you are far away, we are very close in heart. I want you to know that I am waiting anxiously for my brother or sister. I also want you to know that you are all in our prayers everytime.
Special thanks to the Frutschnigg for the special gifts and moral support. Best regards to the Geistlinger family for the Endless support of my dad in not only his official but also private duties.
Greetings to my uncles and aunties in England (Stephen Onaghise, Gloria Fadairo, Ayo Fadairo and Ben Paul). Thanks for your kind support and gift to my mom and dad. They've told me a lot about you. Especially the help they got from all of you during their marriage. Extend my greetings to my niece (Ruth Fadairo). Thank you!
I actually got a wonderful gift from my daddy's friend (Festus Fadairo) today May 12, 2002 and I want to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to him for the wonderful songs on the CD you gave me. I am sure these songs will always help me to sleep in the future. To friends and well wishers of my family, I say thank you for been always there whenever we need you.
I promise to let you all know more as soon as I get more information. I am a very inquisitive girl that wants to know everything about my family. Please, do not hesitate to come to this page for more...
